Call-out services

Some people are able to live independently in their own accommodation, but need just a little extra help with certain elements of daily living. Equally, packages of service delivery can be created to support people with very complex care, support and behavioural needs.

A tailored approach

We wrap our service around the specific needs of each service user, involving the following:

  • On-call emergencies
  • Budgeting
  • Menu planning and shopping
  • Meal preparation and cooking
  • General household management
  • Social integration orientated support
  • Positive behaviour support

How we operate the service

Our Outreach Service is very flexible with levels of support being prescribed, agreed and reviewed on an ongoing basis. Our service range from one or two hours per week, to 3:1 support 24 hours per day.

We operate this service from our base on the Portstewart Road in Coleraine. Therefore, the closer the person lives to our base, the quicker we are able to respond in the event of an emergency. That said, we provide this service throughout Coleraine, Portrush and Portstewart.

Quality of care

Our internal surveys and external inspection reports illustrate the very highest quality of service-user focused care.
