Outreach Co-ordinator

Kathy joined the organisation in 2009 taking on the role of support worker at our Woodford Park Project. Kathy’s leadership and organisational skills were clearly evident and complimented her ability to work with clients who have the most complex care and support needs. Having already graduated from the University of Ulster with BSc Hons in Social Psychology and much subsequent supplementary academic credential including bereavement training and ASIST, Kathy’s professional career was destined to be further developed. As such Kathy was instrumental in the creation of the Fairways Outreach service which she now head’s up as Outreach Co-ordinator.

As Kathy’s title suggests, she takes charge of organising our outreach services. She makes sure that people are in receipt of the right level of support, liaising with clients, families, professionals and senior management to ensure that needs are met and risks reduced.

In her free time, Kathy likes to keep active and is always busy with family life and spends much of her time taking her children to various clubs and local sporting events with which they are heavily involved. Both of her sons have proudly played for Coleraine football team.
