Registered Manager

Laura joined the Fairways family in 2010 in the role of support worker at Woodford Park. It was clear from the outset that Laura was to be a committed member of our team. As such, she gained promotion to our senior support team in 2012 before becoming Team Leader in 2016 and then Registered Manager in 2023.

Laura leads a large team of highly skilled people at Woodford Park and reports to Vikki accordingly. She’s been heavily involved in helping with the co-ordination and delivery of resettlement programs for people moving from long stay hospital or transitioning from childrens’ services who have a range of complex needs. Her sound value base and strong work ethic has helped her to build a great reputation amongst her team and partnering agencies.

Since working at Fairways, Laura has got married and started a family. Balancing such responsibilities with a busy work life, Laura doesn’t find she has much spare time. She loves her hometown of Ballycastle however and spends much of her time doing activities with her family along our amazing north coast.
